Seminars - Teambuilding - ConferencesScope of Praha Bike's Conference Program:It is an intense experience, which will also be a wholly memorable experience while making social processes directly visible. Seven individuals start and a happy team finishes.Praha Bike's Conference Program animates every break between company lessons or lectures. It can also be used as a tool to clarify the content of the seminar or put emphasis on certain points. Goals of our Conference Program:Supporting Communication;Our program encourages teamwork and togetherness. We take away the role of leader and get everyone involved equally. Open-mindedness and a good mood are unavoidable. Taking responsibility:Our tasks are divided so that responsibility for the group is divided amongst the participants. Here a rotating leadership is appropriate. No individual is responsible for the group 100 percent of the time. The feeling of taking care for the whole group and trusting someone else respectively can be very educational for many members, as well as humbling for those that are used to being in an authoritative position. It helps the team grow to respect each other based on their abilities and personalities as opposed to merely respecting someone's job title..Trust & Confidence Exercises:Learning how to give up the control and trusting in others, especially in the case of management when they either have to relenquish control of the group or they have to take more responsibility than normal.Supporting Team Spirit:If it is only possible to perform a task in a group, the ability to trust and recognize the necessity of trust is what bonds the group together as a team. The collective group experience leads to an identification as a team with a common goal.For many people when they think of team they think: „nice, someone else is doing the work". Our program is designed so that they grouo will not be successful without total cooperation among all of the group's members. If the group relies on one person to do all of the work, then that person gives all his/her effort and quickly tires thus allowing the group to falter. Even if the participants do not see which direction they are driving or what is the final goal, They feel they are an essential part of the team in moving forward. By reasoning, the participants see that trusting the leader is sometimes necessary, even if they see a different perspective of the goal (contrary to that of the driving directions) – here communication is very important to make sure that everyone involved is contributing to the common goal. Everybody supports the team depending on their respective abilities and is part of the communal progress. There are no single winners or losers, the winner is always the team. Teamwork and team cohesion are directly visible. Completing missions and solving tasks together creates a collective feeling of success. In an office setting the employees are always close together, we transfer this concept to make it not matter in which situation they find themselves. The group can communicate undisturbed, effectively and intensively as well as grow together as a whole. Participants find that through self-power and determintation, distances and obstacles are overcome. Mountain section with the Praha Bike Conference Program and the 100-meter run afterwards Possible interpretations of the results: The fastest runner hasn't burned himself out while climbing the mountain on a bicycle,. The fastest runner has rested during the final spurt and paced his energy efficiently. The fastest runner was identified before and, during the ride, the group let him relax for the run. Rotating Leadership The feeling of having responsibility for the whole group and having to trust someone else respectivly. Everybody is important and has a valuable position on the team, and this ensures that one person is not dominating the group. Active ParticipationAll participants must be physically active and each one is assigned a specific role for each task, whether it be navigator, task leader, or whether it be to find a specific object or landmark.Possible Activities
